Well, DeviantArt seems bound and determined to drive off most of their user base, so I thought I should give NewGrounds a try!
I'm not leaving DA but I expect a lot of people aren't going to stick around after they've forced the Eclipse mess on everyone. Long story short, it's pretty buggy, very poorly designed, and old features are missing.
So over the next few weeks or whatever, I'm going to start uploading my old stuff from the last 10 years and see if I can't get some steam rolling on here.

What exactly happened on DA anyway?
Wow, I really need to get on here and actually upload stuff.
From what I heard, DA got bought out by Wix, who then decided to implement their "Eclipse" format. Eclipse is terrible. It's sterile and uninteresting just like Twitter and FB, things are arranged and displayed poorly, and a lot of the better features are missing. It still works, there are still a lot of people on there, but it's hard to look at and it hurts my nostalgia seeing what it's become. I'm not leaving anytime soon but I am definitely branching out. Once I get to actually uploading stuff, that is.
